You could be, and should be prepared to win ZERO. There may be limit laws in your area, despite what you think a solid case is, there may be other documentation that will make your case look like Swiss cheese.
Talk to a lawyer. That’s the only way to find out, and then prepare to give that lawyer anywhere from a third to a half of any money you are awarded. And, if it’s zero, you’ll wind up paying for the attorney out of your own pocket.
