I had an episiotomy in july of 03 and i still an having problems with it the dr i seen said that i would have to get a local and they would have to cut it open and re do it i am curious if i have a lawsuit against the dr that did it?

Have you gotten a second opinion from another specialist on your condition. If they conclude it was a mistake, then you have a better case. At that point, you should contact a medical malpractice attorney. You can get referral from your local bar association (attorney).
