The facility that I work at, is under Investigation and there are several former caregivers that are in jail for alleged abuse, I want to protect myself (economically and civil wise) even though I am only a receptionist.
I Started working at this facility AFTER the alleged abuse ocurred, I am only thinking of the future, and I do have contact with the residents, I may not be their primary caregiver, but I sometimes speak and help them around and such.
