    make sure.
    lawyers use factors from the statements you give them to decide what amount to sue for.
    it all depends…

    You could be, and should be prepared to win ZERO. There may be limit laws in your area, despite what you think a solid case is, there may be other documentation that will make your case look like Swiss cheese.

    Talk to a lawyer. That's the only way to find out, and then prepare to give that lawyer anywhere from a third to a half of any money you are awarded. And, if it's zero, you'll wind up paying for the attorney out of your own pocket.
