as that&#039;s not a civil matter, it&#039;s a *criminal* one....therefore, no insurance policy is legally allowed to cover anything regarding criminal conduct.</description>

		<description>You could look into some sort of prepaid legal plan... you make monthly payments and they cover all your legal costs if you need it for anything.</description>

		<description>Malpractice insurance is for a licensed physicians and caretakers who could potentially be liable for malpractice lawsuits. You, as a receptionist need not worry about being sued since you work is outside of medical practice.</description>

		<description>You have not provided care, therefore you are ineligible for malpractice insurance.  If you have not handled patients then you are out of the loop.  The exception would be if you knew about abuses taking place and did not report.</description>
